The end of November is nearly here (and yes I am counting down the days because the end of November is also my birthday and I CANNOT wait) and that only means one thing, Christmas is nearly here and that means one more thing – the Christmas prep is looming!
Amongst all other things that Christmas consists of are there is the problem of gift buying – sometimes it can be tricky and sometimes it can be the easiest thing ever (if you know what you are planning on getting someone, oh what a dream). So, I thought I’d create a little post of all the things I’m particularly loving this Christmas!
White Stuff are absolutely KILLING the decs this year (and yes I do want them all and yes i have no idea how to whittle them down to my favourites).
A few of my favourites are;
Dotty Standing Mouse – £17.50
The cutest mouse decoration I’ve ever seen!
Pigs in Blankets box set – £15
Pigs in blankets are my favourite ‘Christmas food’ and these adorable felt piggies are possibly my favourite decorations to date!
Wooden Mouse Dome – £8.50
Considering I am a uni student and don’t have my own home and no ‘real’ Christmas tree to decorate apart from a tiny one in my room I really need to stop lusting over so many Christmas tree decoration as I just have no whereto hang them! Nevertheless, I will still continue to unnecessarily buy them and fall in love with all the ones I see!
A decent pair of boots during winter in England is an absolute must and Timberlands are something that I have always wanted but never got my hands on – maybe this year I’ll treat myself?! Who knows?!
Timberland Nellie Chukka Double Waterproof Boots – £125
I cannot for the life of my decide whether I prefer the pale pink or the nude / light tan colour – both are equally as lovely!
Another clothing necessity when living in England is a decent waterproof coat – and yes I do have coats but obviously I need another one, right?!
Barbour Cavalry Polarquilt Jacket -£149
I love the style of Barbour coats – so timeless and classy and cosy!
Since coming to uni I have had to cook all of my own meals so cookbooks are a necessity to me and although sometimes there is nothing I would hate more than to cook but other times I absolutely love it!
Tanya’s Christmas – £8
I love Christmas and I love baking – what more than all of this in one book?! And for only £8?! Yes please!
Jamie’s 15 minute meals – £8
Quick and easy healthy meals are my favourite type of cooking as I don’t have huge amounts of time to spend cooking each evening!
Mary Berry, 100 cakes and bakes – £5
I love baking and wish I could spend more time doing it but for now I’ll just have to lust over everything in every cookbook produced by Mary Berry – including this steal!
I love make up and love looking through all the make up counters in department stores!
Estée Lauder Double Wear stay in place – £32.50
I have heard amazing things about this foundations and I am always looking for new ones to try!
Juvia’s Place; The Nubian 2 eyeshadow palette – £30
I am a complete sucker for aesthetic eyeshadow palettes and this colours in this palette are right up my street!
Too Faced Melted Matte Lip Gloss –
I never used to wear lipsticks etc that much but I am starting to wear them a lot more as I feel like they really finish off a look! I love Too Faced products but have never tried any of their liquid lipsticks but the shades are gorgeous and the reviews all point me in the direction that I need to try ASAP! The shades Cool Girl, Queen Bee and Suck it are my favourites!
So there you go, a little run through of the bits and bobs I’m loving this Christmas!
